Shipping, Delivery & Risk
New Zealand: Shipping costs include packing and signature required courier. Most courier services are over night, allow 1-3 working days for South Island or Rural deliveries.
International: Shipping costs include packing, international air courier. Allow 10 working days to Australia, 15-20 working days for the Rest of the World.
Shipping times may vary in peak seasons such as 1 November - 31 January.
Framed / glass items are shipped at the buyers risk, no liability is accepted for damaged or broken framing / glass. Any framed item will not be shipped internationally. lowercase g may choose not to ship framed items within New Zealand depending on size and delivery location. A representative from lowercase g will contact you to arrange an alternative if applicable.
lowercase g will deliver the artwork/s to the premises nominated in your order at your cost within a reasonable time of accepting your order. The order will be shipped when payment is completed. The artwork/s are at your risk as soon as they leave our premises for delivery to you. A shipping time frame will be specified when the order is dispatched. We will not be liable to you for late delivery. lowercase g will re-deliver, replace or refund the artwork/s (at our discretion) if the delivery is addressed incorrectly at our error. No responsibility is accepted if an incorrect or insufficient address is given.
Returns & Exchanges
Swap or Return an Item
Easy, let us know within 14 days of shipping and if you’d like an exchange, replacement or refund (excluding shipping charges).
Please return the item undamaged to lowercase g. Pack it carefully. Ideally re-use the packaging it arrived in and/or add more so that it can be placed back in stock. Use a tracked service, lost or damaged items won’t be refunded or replaced.
If you receive item/s different to the one you ordered, lowercase g will choose to replace the incorrect item/s with the correct item/s, or refund your credit card account with a full refund (excluding credit card fees), upon return of the incorrect item/s.
Framed or Damaged Items
If the item/s were damaged, defective or faulty at the time of delivery to you, we will replace the item/s if available, offer an item/s of the same value, or refund your credit card account with a full refund (excluding credit card fees and shipping). This does not apply to framed items. Please photograph where the item was left, the packaging and damage done. This will help us with the shippers’ claims process. lowercase g will work with you via any third party to get as many costs reimbursed and arrange a replacement (excluding shipping).
You must pay all costs of returning item/s to lowercase g. If lowercase g accept the cost of return of damaged or faulty item/s, or where we delivered incorrect item/s, we will provide you with details on how to go about returning the item/s to us using a paid courier service at our cost. If an alternative service is used and item/s is/are damaged upon return, any refund or replacement will be void.
All item/s returned must be in their original condition and packaging, along with any accompanying documentation. We reserve the right not to accept a return of any item/s where you have changed your mind or any item/s which, when examined or tested by lowercase g, are found not to be not damaged, defective or faulty. All artwork/s couriered at the buyers risk.
No refund or replacement is issued until the item/s are received by lowercase g.
